The Movement For Vitality program focuses on increasing circulation with safe movements and exercises during your time spent in the group sessions. These movements will restore quality posture and improve movement patterns which can be the root cause of aches and pains.
The experience will be fun and educational, with a focus on creating optimal ranges of motion, leaner bodies and moving better!
