How We Do It
The chosen routines have been built by world class Physical Therapist’s and Trainer’s with a priority on improving balance and overall body function. The safely prescribed movements are great for improving the connection between the brain and body. Consistently performing these specified movements will improve body awareness in space, have you pick up your feet when walking, increase athleticism, and also improve cognitive function.
The experience will be fun and educational, with a focus on creating optimal ranges of motion, leaner bodies and moving better!
